Why I do what I do

Look, I've seen too many people get stuck in their heads with traditional spiritual practices, or worse, check out entirely because it all feels too disconnected from real life. That's not what spirituality should be about.

I'm here because I believe we've got it all backwards. We're not just brains floating around - we're whole beings, with bodies that hold wisdom and a deep connection to the world around us. But so many approaches ignore this, pushing meditation cushions and abstract concepts while our bodies and the earth beneath our feet are screaming to be heard.

That's why I do what I do.

I want to shake things up, to show people that spiritual growth can be active, embodied, and deeply connected to nature. Through archery, we learn focus and release. Through nature immersion, we remember our place in the bigger picture. And through it all, we're engaging our whole selves - body, mind, and spirit.

I'm not here to give you all the answers. I'm here to guide you back to your own innate wisdom, to help you rediscover the strength and clarity that comes from true alignment with yourself and the natural world. Because when we do that - when we really show up as our whole, authentic selves - that's when we can create real change, not just in our own lives, but in our communities and the world around us.

This isn't about escaping reality.

It's about diving deep into it, arrows and all.
