Where Archery Makes Sense

We have a good time and that’s no joke!

My meetups combine ancient archery with modern mindfulness, creating a space where physical skill meets emotional growth and community connection.

The next meetup is Sunday, Dec. 1

Are you looking for:

• A community to help you make sense of what is happening in the world and our country?

• An inclusive community for meditation, movement, and meaningful connection through archery.

• Ways to lean into vulnerability with other people wanting the same?

• Ways to support others through aid to families in Gaza, local actions, and mutual aid groups?

What participants experience:

• Release of stress, anxiety, and rage

• Finding inner calm

• Building lasting friendships

• Improving archery skills

• Understanding their bodies through guided meditation

• Managing stress through mindful shooting practices

• Building resilience

This is what we are building with Mindful Archery Meetups! It's not just me. I built the container with teaching and a focus on somatics through archery, and it's the community of people who are making it more.

What We Value:

• Emotional intelligence

• Somatic Release

• Community

• Support

• Care

• Connection
