During our two hours together, we'll:
- Take an hour-long walk, adapted to your comfort level
- Create a judgment-free space for emotional expression
- Use carefully chosen prompts for exploring feelings
- Practice grounding techniques in nature
- Find healthy ways to release and process emotions
No hiking experience is needed - we'll move at your pace, with rest breaks as needed.

Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason there is a service charge of 25% of the total cost of the workshop. Workshop cancellations require a 24-hour email notice before the workshop takes place. After 24-hrs there is no refund.
Date and Time
Once you purchase this workshop for yourself or someone you love I will email you to set up a date that works best for you. This is a local Portland, OR workshop unless otherwise specified
Weather
I am committed to holding this workshop rain or shine! We'll go ahead as planned in most weather conditions. In the rare case of extreme weather that might affect our safety, I'll contact you directly if we need to reschedule.
